baby room pictures....

So, this kid has more stuff and I KNOW more outfit's than I do! It's crazy! Everyone has been so nice and has given us so much stuff that we needed. You'll never know how grateful I am. We've been given a swing, a bathtub, a pack n play, a car seat, a breast pump(thank's Kel!), clothes, blankets, and sooo much more. My mind is drawing a blank right now of course. My friends Kristy's little boy is 3 month's old and she gave me a TON of onesies and sleeper's. My friend Michelle gave me a TON of socks and onesies for around 9-12 months. Nothing is cuter than little tiny baby socks. I could just look at them all day... Carla gave me toy's, a pack n play and lot's of clothes for when he's older, which will be a HUGE help then. I can't keep going, there's so much to be thankful for. This child is one blessed little boy! Thank you everyone!!!!

B-Day Party!

A friend of mine, Audrey, invited us to her little boy's 2nd b-day party this weekend. It was at a place called Pump-It-Up, which is all these big inflatable balloon's indoors. It's pretty neat b/c you spend 30 minutes in 1 room playing on all the stuff, and then you go to another room with different balloon's and you have 30 minutes in there. Then, the final room is the party room where you get the good stuff. Ice cream cake! Yum! Me & Finn had 2 pieces thank you very much Audrey. The best thing about the inflatable balloon's though is that the adult's get to play too! Needless to say, Dan had a ball sliding down slides and going through this one obstacle course. I probably shouldn't have done anything with my pregnant butt, but you know I couldn't resist going down the slide a few times. And I got in the one boucy thing too. The kid was probably like, "What tha?". After we left and I felt him moving again, I thought to myself, good, he didn't get to traumatized. We had lot's of fun though and here are a few pics from the party.

IT'S FRIDAY!!

I can not even tell you how happy I am that it's FRIDAY. Two whole days off of no work! Twice this week I didn't get home till after dark. It is no fun to leave in the dark & then get home in the dark. Working late sucks! Taking call sucks!!

Sorry, I just had to vent. And have I said yet that I'm glad it's Friday!

FRIEND'S!!!

Isn't it great to have friend's? Last night we met up with Chris, Tammy & Miriam for some dinner up in Brunswick, GA. That's pretty much half way for us b/c Tammy & family live in Savannah. Until Jan.Then they'll moving to Alaska. Brrrr! We won't be seeing much of them after the holiday's so it was nice to be able to see them last night. Dan is actually the one that introduced Tammy & Chris at Liberty University. And Tammy & I have been friend's since middle school when my family 1st started going to Sandy Creek Baptist Church. So, we've all been friend's for a long time. I'll get to see Tammy again next weekend up in Madison for my baby shower, so they'll be more pics of us to come....

So, I'm going to post a few pictures of me & my pregnant self. I definately seem to have gotten bigger rather quickly here in the last few weeks or so. I'm definately feeling more pregnant too. Today, I've got a pounding headache & I had to finally take something for it. This will be only the 2nd time I've taken Tylenol since being pregnant. I know they say it's safe for the baby, but...I'd rather not if I didn't have too. I didn't sleep well last night. It seem's like I'll have a few night's of sleeping really really well, and then I'll have a night like last night and toss & turn all night. At least it was on a weekend night so I could take my nice long nap today. :) I couldn't live without my naps. They're the BEST! On to the pics.....

Here I go...

Well, I've started a blog. Odviously. I'm not sure who is even interested in what I have to say or what I'm even going to say. But, I enjoy reading other's blog's so I thought I would try one of my own. If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it too. :)

So I had ANOTHER dr's appt today with the high risk pregnancy group. Everything looked really good and the baby is growing well. He weigh's 2lbs 5oz. If he's just that small, where has the 15 lbs I've gained gone? If I ever learn how to post pics on a post I'll try to post some of the ultrasound pictures. The girl I had today though didn't do a good job. Usually the pictures are so good and clear and you can see everything. She just kindof flew through the thing and mainly took pics of his head. It might have had to do with the fact that they were running behind and I was an hr late getting in there. Oh...the joy's of going to a doctor's office every 2 weeks. In case you're wondering, I have high blood pressure, which has been controled for 8 yrs now. All of the sudden I become pregnant and it's a big deal and I have to go to the dr's all the time now. No fun at all. I am happy to report though that everything is good and I'm winding down the week's till it's time!
